Halloween has come early as we are getting alot of treats for our CFW enabled PS3's the past couple of days. multiMAN Developer Deank is back again with another update to the ever evolving multiMAN application. This time around he added support for Hermes payload (SC-8) to Rogero's new 4.21 CFW v1.0.

This should be your starter's pack. (04.07.01 Full PKG Installation)

Note: All CEX versions of the listed applications are updated to be compatible with 4.21CEX CFW (so, not only multiMAN would work on this new free dongle-less firmware)

Thanks again Deank! Your tools are ones which many of us here will just close our eyes and download/update.
Just a query. Now that the 4.21/4.25 keys are leaked, can we update the keys to brute force and patch newer games ourselves?
Also that Deank himself will have his eye on this for a few days, just another pointer. While playing 3davi files in Showtime for MM and when we try to fast forward/rewind by moving the slider, it hangs up with a black screen. Please look into it.

I know that it is playable for cfw 4.21 but what does it really mean ? I can play hermes or standard or what ?

I can install the Rogero 4.21 CFW in a CECHP01 PS3 Model ?
Or i have a chance of brick ?
Anyone have a CECHP01 and tested this CFW ?

Many people got bricked because they are not patient nor they ignored it. Just wait for 100% safe way for CFW. That's simple. I am waiting so its wise things to do.

I have tested the new Rodero CFW with the latest multiman. WOrks OK... A few flaws I've noticed even with the payload hermes.

1.) YOu can't play games with SPLIT FIles. Tried KillZOne 2. (Blackscreen/froze) even with BD mirror checked.

2.) some psn Games like DIRT 1 gave an error.

3.) Dead Island works. ONly sound in the background NO image/video. Weird.

There are games that work totally fine like RE6 and RE raccoon city. But not sure why some don't. MAybe i'm the only one with these glitches. anyone? Thoughts?
