3141card has made a standalone pkg that allows you to view the internal temperatures of the CPU & GPU of your PS3. Once the code was released. Deank picked this code up and implemented it into multiMAN version 04.06.02 (CEX). You can now view the temperature of your CPU & GPU just as easy as checking the time in multiMAN. Great job 3141card ,Mysis, & Deank and anyone else involved. This will be of great use by many people.

Update: Fahrenheit PKG added

* Added option in "Settings" - "Show Temperature Data" in Clock area (Disable/Enable/Auto) (thanks to Mysis and 3141card_)

Auto: will cycle the two temps along with time

Enable: Will display everything like the image below

Tested on dex 4.21, doesn't work...

It seems 160F/145F is normal... my PS3 slim boots with a temp of 130F, then in 5-10 minutes I get 162F/150.

If your console reaches 175F or higher, the temperature should be displayed in red... and you should hurry and get a halon fire extinguisher

There is a good reason why they don't work, These are CEX updates.

I got CECHC04 and I got

CPU: 70 C (can get spiked all way to 75 C when played Uncharted 3)
RSX: 57 C (Sometimes it spikes to 58C but not getting higher on that)

Got real paranoid about temperature when i installed this was running 80C/65C (was in the red) after about an hour of playing uncharted 3 using mx3 thermal paste spread method (had this on for about a year) just switched to arctic 5 pea method and after an hour on uncharted again its now reading 72C/56C

this is perfect as i think the sensor on my PS3 isn't reading correctly, if it is dead i will mod the fan to be adjustable and run at half or full speed

Well my PS3 reached roughly CPU 74, GPU ~65 and fan was still spinning on super low when i shut the thing off. Modded it so that it would spin near max, once i get a potentiometer it'll be fully adjustable. Temps get to CPU 54-55, GPU 48-49 in menu now
