Another Fix For CFW Users: Tekken Tag Tournament 2

With the previously released Uncharted 3 GOTY fix comes another game fix for custom firmware users. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 has been released by scene release group NoRePack. This game that usually requires firmware 4.21, which was only released about ten days ago, can now be played on your PlayStation 3 running CFW on CEX consoles. Although this fix is for the Japanese version of the game reports suggest that other regions work too. EG: BLES01702. Don't hold me to that... test it for yourself!

I agree that yes there are a bunch of games from 3.6-4.2 that should be patched that prob wont be.

im sure the guys who are making patches are trying to play as smart as possible to keep a good thing keepin on. & thier butts safe.
& you should know dont underestimate sony
if the process got out sony would decide to goto lets sue somebody mode. & def try to patch new games different.

the more we know the more sony will want us not to.

i was shocked to see this game patched so soon & im pretty sure this was just to show us that they can even do the newest games. i wonder if they will do borderlands 2?

though who can complain with how fast they are pumping these bad boys out & for free thats devotion & it seems more & more people are making them.

maybe when all games are patched thell release hints or something cause i am curious on what method is used but maybe its the 3 e3 talked about.

lolz, maybe. it almost seems like we don't need them.

my backlog is so backed up, it's ridiculous. plus, i add psx games, i'm like a year behind the games i wanna play at least.

Great job - So this is confirmed in English on the Euro copy? I'll stick to DEX for this one if it's in Japanese. Someone let me know please

Already got UserCheat support - he said more codes will be posted soon too

yeah I saw that but that could have meant japanese voices/english text or vice versa or who knows. I'm playing it now and everything that's supposed to be English is English

Only thing I can see that's in Japanese that should be English is the seizure warning at the very beginning when you boot

Change system settings to jap and bet the lang changes too

using aldostools' PARAM.SFO Editor can you might be able to tell it not to show up I know there's an option to remove the PSMove warning (latest)

you can still play tekken...you can play anything on ofw that's not homebrew.

Already bought the game on 360 so I can play it online, but its nice to be able to use practice mode on my PS3 in the other room while my girlfriends asleep :-)
