**UPDATE #21** Cracked TB Patches by NODRM

Damn, seriously folks, just tell me to piss off at least if I'm missing something obvious here. I'm just trying to get my us version of Warriors Orochi 3 working, will someone please tell me if this is even possible with the fix that's been made today? I understand its a eur version fix but with the ps3 being region free I don't see why it's not working.

Thanks Jay-Jay. The image problem is still there. The dongle-free patches image doesn't show on the front page like it's supposed to. It just says article preview. I think there's something in the code box that's screwing it up. On the next set of releases I'll just put up a new page unless somebody else gets to it first

Oh, I didn't know this. I will check on it. I can usually figure it out--but don't quote me on that. I'll be back in a second.

Also, I wonder if it will a bit of confusion with the topic's titles? I think we ought to rename the title of the article. The title part that lends to confusion is "UPDATE #1" since the old thread, we were up to update #5 or #6. I know that was for August, and this new update will be for September patches-- I get that, but perhaps if we should just replace the Update # to the current date of the update, perhaps it will be easier to comprehend? Or include the month like September Update #1. What do you think? Just a thought.

I could not spot why it would choose the game cover in the article instead of the first attached image on top. I guess it's random? We will have to leave it up to Rich to see if this is just a bug or something.

I gutted the code box and it looks like it's fixed now. It was either incompatible table code or hotlinking for the images. I was in a rush to head out the door and didn't want to download all those images. It was a copy/paste job from ps3scenefiles

The system itself is region free meaning it can play software from any region. The European and North American "versions" are completely different pieces of software containing different language files among other technical differences. You might as well be trying to use a patch for a completely different game because that is what you are doing.

Okay, well thanks for acknowledging me at least Heran Bago I get it now. That was simple enough. I guess so simple that no one would answer me because they all think I'm a moron now. Anyway I'm glad I saved the original files so I don't have to re-rip. But now I gotta find me a eur copy of the game, crap!

Maybe nobody answered you because they don't have that version of the game and don't know the answer. 99% of the time you can use patches cross region. You could have answered your own question by just backing up the original files and trying it yourself. Plus nobody likes when somebody is demanding of an answer. You wanted to get pissy less than 12 hours after posting your original question. That is the best way to be ignored. People live in different time zones and the person that would have had your answer wouldn't bother with it when he did see you complaining like that.

I know we live in the age of "I want what I want and I want it now" and patience is hard to come by but give it at least a day and if you don't get an answer start a topic in the forums. They get answered a lot faster

I have been so busy with sante caligon & my wives bday or i would have been happy to try & help.

I have about 50 or so of just the new 3.6 & trueblue hacked games & the only ones i cant get to work period. is madden nba 12 saints row 3 & asuras wrath.

all the rest have been eur & us & have used the patches for either version & they work fine.

if your getting black screen usually a setting in multiman

have you tried select + x when you select a game. & most new games need the bd emulator & a disk in ps3 ?

also the folder for that game must be the eu name not tge original us name so instead of blus**** it would be bles****

I only lose my temper in extreme cases - after all we're just talking about video games not trying to figure out how to land on Mars

Yeah any time I have used eur patches they work, just not this time. I have tried multiman settings, I'm gonna keep messing around with different ideas but I think it just won't work. Its not a folder issue because its a simple eboot/param fix not a pkg file so a new folder wasn't made with the patch, I just swapped out the files in the game backup folder.

I wasn't concerned with anyone blowing up on me, I didn't feel that way, I just felt bad about being so naggy. I'm usually not that way, just got excited about this game, it's one of the only games I can get my wife to play with me lol.

anyone can confirm about the Hystoria Crux saving bug? It freeze on me at stage 2. But everything works like serendipity, arena, chocobo race.

Just noticed this guys.. my Warriors Orochi 3 is id:bles01588, that's not a us game is it? Thats a eur game right? So now what? The fix doesn't work...

Edit: re-applied the fix and turned off bdmirror and ext data, game now works!

actually i think they make space travel harder than it could be. i say i could make a better non fuel ship. but thats just me.

i have seen you get mad before &' were all for good modrating reasons i just feel bad that i didnt try to help sooner when i first saw his question.

i just know that 2 months ago when i first got my ps3 that i was very confused mainly on the region stuff aswell.

been very grateful that the eur patch work on my us games.
