UPDATE - JB King MD5 Tool Worm Addressed and Fixed

UPDATE: The JB-King team announced today on their website, that they have addressed the issue of their site being invaded, and that their downloads were affected. They have stated that everything has been fixed, and all should be back to normal.

1.our website was attacked by malicious invasion, Download function was affected. for this,we apologize sincerely. Now all functions return to normal.

2.Recently,important new functions will be released.Being expecting

News comes to me regarding a tool downloaded by PlayStation 3 Developer CrashSerious from the JB-King website. This is not a good start for the JB King dongle as far as credibility is concerned. The MD5 Verify Tool was infected by a worm called FlySky.AD which "spreads and affects other computers, and has damaging effects on the affected computer." This will bring allot of speculation around the validity of the soon to be released JB King donlge. I am unable to log on to their website to see for myself but other reports suggest that the file in question has been removed.

FlySky.AD. is a virus that also has the characteristics of a worm. FlySky.AD. gets into a computer via e-mail, the Internet, floppy disks, etc, and it spreads by inserting its code in other files and programs. Its effects can range from simply annoying to destructive. Furthermore, due to its worm characteristics, FlySky.AD. also spreads by sending out copies of itself. Its main objective is to collapse computers and networks, preventing users from working with the affected computer.

Could this just be user error?

Who really cares about PSN? What happened to your buddies coming over to your house and playing together in the same room. That is true multiplayer. Playing with a bunch of 12 year olds or people not on the same level of gameplay that you are is just moronic. Multiplayer has gone the way of texting and social networking. People can't be bothered to pick up a phone (to actually speak to someone), or drop by to actually have human interaction. If anybody thinks that PSN is the end-all, be-all of the scene has lost touch with what gaming with friends is all about. It's not about playing with faceless, nameless, random people. If anyone's interested you can drop by my house and I'll kick your ass in some Mortal Kombat or we can team up and kick some nazi or alien ass. You bring the beer and I'll buy the pizza. That's what the real scene is

So they weren't lax with thier Antivirus software... Just thier web server security. Where do I give them my credit card details? ;-)
