i have 3 ps3's so i updated 1 of them just for online play a few weeks ago but still got me other 2 running 3.55kmeaw the free games offered are a joke but there is a few other freebies offered through the trial of psn-plus but with all that if i only had the 1 ps3 i would never of updated also found since updating you can no longer play back up dvds anymore like you used to plays them for about 30seconds then cuts off saying its illegal content lol

if any one has tried logging on to get your free game to just get kicked out with that error code message, only to find your one of two selections gone. NO WORRIES,
after calling SONY and waiting like 30 mins for an operator they helped me out.
here are the steps that can help u out too, and save u time trying to call sony up.


-Turn on the PS3 and sign into your PSN account
-Navigate to PSN Account Management
-Goto Transaction Management
-Goto Services List
-Select SCEA Promotion
-You will now be able to select your lost download

What you mean the old free games? Just dl them from the net along with infamous 2 hah. Just a suggestion I don't but nothing stopping those who want to and besides I despise Sony so I'll suggest it to everyone all day long.

Are you seriously asking this question? Hmm let's see...is it worth losing CFW and unlimited games for 2 old $hitty games that you can have backed up already?...yea totally worth it (sarcasm)

I guess SONY will convert some people with these old arse games haha We will get even more posts about 3.6 CFW after this for those r3tarded enough to update just to get old games they could have for free to begin with. Please dont come back asking for help once you have lost your cfw.

well one would think if you had first hand access to the server room i.e to the server itself then one might want to learn what a external blu ray drive is

and then all they need is to patch the titles to run without disk

FYI you can get all the games for free by having two psn accounts and downloading two of each of the games to each acct. the ps3 doesn't care which psn acct u used to download the games.. once you dl it its open to all users of the console..

so i got all 4 ps3 and psp games..
