Can someone please help me! Im pulling my hair out here with COD MW3

I have tried all the patches 119, 120 121. I have replaced all the files there are IE self, eboot and param sfo files. When I select in MM, I either get a disc on XMB screen saying 'unsupported data' or it goes to load and screen stays black until i hard reset... what am i doing wrong :S

You`re putting the files in the wrong directory. The game itself is in dev_hdd0/GAMEZ/BLUS30838 (BLUS30838 could be a other name depending on the game you want to patch but now BLUS30838 is COD MW3) and you have to restore all files that were original in that folder

After that you intall the 1.22 patch and than you put de patched files in dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30838. NOTE: The patched files don`t go in the GAMEZ folder but in de game folder!!!!!!

Thanks kimkos, sorry for being a noob. I am using my external HDD. M:\GAMEZ is where Im putting the BLUS30838-[Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3] game. So the patched files go in there?

Where do i find/create a game foder? thanks

Check inside the "dev_hdd0" folder on the ps3. There should be a "game" folder.

Use the FTP function in Multiman or install OpenPS3FTP on the ps3.
Once you login with FTP you`ll see some folders and 1 of them is dev_hdd0.

lolz. you need to read the nfo, dude. it tells you to copy/ftp to the exact folder needed. plus, every patch has this discussion...

anyways, so my 420 post doesn't die in vein, i guess sonic adventure 2 got patched, idk by who. it was just kinda pointed out that the japan release got patched and it has an english version in the options. that's about all the info i can give (besides links).

where should the sonic fix go? this seems to be the only active fix thread again.

i can confirm it works and is in english. even though it's a japanese release, the game started out in english. someone put out there that there is like 5 languages, all i see is two: english and japanese.
