Message to all who want codes!
For legal reasons and new rules. You are no longer allowed to request ELF files to make codes. Here is the alternative way.
1. Open the file in PS2DIS
2. Save the file as the name of the game & region with the file extension .PIS

what about us unfortunate folks who dont have a dvd drive to read the ps2 disc in the first place.
as long as you own the game, its not illegal to download it.
which is why you can still find websites to download ROMs from... as long as they have a warning saying 'you MUST own the game to download the rom', then its legal.
im not trying to raise a fuss, it just makes it a REAL pain trying to hack games when you cant even get the freakin slus file because you dont have a dvd drive.

thats not the 'urban myth'... what youre thinking of is when people say 'its legal when the game is no longer being produced'... THATS the urban myth.
its the same idea as sharing music... it IS legal to download music IF you already own a copy of the CD/tape/whatever. this is exactly the reason why the RIAA busts people for sharing, not downloading. one of our family friends was caught sharing music (and fined a SHIT load of munies), and what they told him was 'disable your share folder, then you cant get in trouble'.
besides... its not like anyone could actually reconstruct an entire game from just getting the slus file.
it just sux shit when you guys run a game hacking forum, and dont allow us to ask for slus files. i dont have a dvd drive, and i know im not the only one... so how am i supposed to get my games' slus files to hack if i cant even read the freakin game on my com???
