Did Ownz get canned because of GameCube hack discussion????

Last night a buddy linked me to Ownz and a discussion they had on their forum about GameCube hack that actually made sence and actually was being tested and seemed to be working.....and now the site has been down all day......did they get worked by Nintendo that fast or am I just stupid? Let hope they did ;)

this discussion is running for about 10 dayx at digital forums , it's proven to be "only" a start , and they're already trying to steal the credits ( check at their newz page , sharker is just mentionned .. ) .
oh by the way , their news about flip top cover from firefly-hk is quite funny too , have you seen how they changed finally their mind ? :D
