inlink and pukklink

I have both inlink and pukklink to connect my ps2 and computer now i am just wondering now that i have them connected what can i do.. could i transfer saves to my memory card and if so how?

i also would like to know this, i can get the files off the mem card but how to i put saves downloaded off the internet on the mem card?
