Question about Action Replay 2 for the PS2

Hi all. I just downloaded action reaply 2 from Imesh right i put it on to cd-r right. And all the files on the cd-r are there its the full real one. Do i need a modchip to get the action replay 2 to work its on cd-r. Could you let me know soon. Thanks

yes i think that you have to have a modchip and not an ordinary neo chip but messiah or magic chip which boot cds straight away!
I am telling you cause i backed up AR2 v2 with blind write and i used it on my ps2 v4 with a neo 2.2 and it didn't work while in my friends ps2 which has a messiah chip it worked!
