heres a save file from my NTSC/US GT3 game, i used the action replay to unlock the Lamborghini Diablo which was removed from the us version of the game due to liscensing issues.
There are 2 copys of the car on there, one is how it was unlocked with 800 some horsepower, and i used the gt3 garage editor on the other to add a stage 4 turbo kit to the other one, giving it over 2200 horsepower.
