Atlus has announced plans to release
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness in North America.

The storyline in this strategy RPG revolves around the death of the king in the Netherworld. His son, Prince Laharl, wakes from a long sleep to find not only that his father has died but also that other demons are vying for the throne of the Netherworld. Along with his allies, Laharl has to retake the throne and claim his rightful place as the ruler of the Netherworld. The game features 100 different spells, 150 character classes, and a unique battle system that lets players use four characters at once or even switch characters on the fly.

What I just wish is that they released SD Gundam G Generation Neo and Super Robot Wars Impact in America.

I had to import those games, unfortunatly I don't understand any of the story (which I wish).

Once they release more Gundam series, the G Gen games would stand a chance at being released here; moreso than the SRW series. I'd discuss the gist of the story of the said games (..from what I can pick up anyway) but, I don't want to clutter up the board here.

I do agree about Gundam games are starting to come out more here, but still Japanese company's are still skeptical of bringing out some RPG or SRPG games on the market, some takes so long to translate. Some games like Final Fantasy XI should have come here quite awhile ago, but for some reason Square is skeptical about releasing their game here early (and I don't mean the Beta version).

The only games that come out at the same time as Japan or even earlier are Action games like MGS2,Contra, DMC2 or RE:0.

However, Japanese companies are starting to realize that their games are good enough to be in the US.
