i am thing of buying the xport now that i have the usb card but i found the software for download i was wondering if i need the cd sents i found the software for downdload.and i need to know how to use it what do i put in the ps2 my gameshark are the memory card what do i do i all so have sharklink and dont know how to use it any help thanks kj

I believe that you can use the later AR2v2 or GSv2 instead of the Xport/Sharkport CD but you need a disc in the PS2 either way.

You use a USB cable (you can buy a compatable cable but most places charge close to what you could buy the Xport for) and the PC software commincates with the PS2 software to backup/restore saves to/from your memory card or to add codes to your GS2/AR2 dongle :)
