pes 2009 - USBAdvance - Help

well recently I read somewhere that pes 2009 could be played through usbadvance. So I went about searching about it but the only thing I found was a post in here that didn't helped that much and a few websites that wasn't in english and google translater couldn't understand it.

So can anybody translate this please to english. I think it is spanish or french.
