Forget it. That project died in 2001...

In any case it is impossible to emulate even a moderately modern PC on a platform with the limitations of a PS2. The total main RAM size of 32MB is the main limitation on all real OS usage, and even primitive DOS applications could strain the capabilities. The PS2 is fast enough to emulate some really old DOS-oriented PC, but even they usually had a lot more RAM than a PS2, and that is a show-stopper.

In short:
The kind of PC that can be emulated would be so old, limited, and generally bad, that such emulation would be of little to no interest to anyone.

Old dos pc's didn't even have 32mb of ram, back in 93' I got the best PC of the time and it only had 10, and I updated to get that much.

And that is exactly the kind of PC that the PS2 would be able to emulate.

So now tell me, honestly, how many of the programs that you used on that old computer do you consider it worthwhile to invest a lot of hard work for, in order to see those same programs (with all the same weaknesses and limitations) run in an emulator of the PS2...
