Checking converted CD to DVD conversions for ESR

I followed this guide to patch SpongeBob SquarePants : Revenge of the Flying Dutchman [SLES_51285] to a dvd image but it doesn't work, I've found that all the dvd games that work properly with ESR show only VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders in SMS media player where as this method show up both the game files and VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders. MementoDiscPatcher will only patch UDF/ISO converted CD to DVD images instead of just ISO images I think the problem is ESR can't read burnt UDF/ISO images patched with MementoDiscPatcher because it still thinks it's a UDF/ISO data dvd instead of a DVDV ie: ISO + DVDV also I don't trust Nero in recreating the LBA's properly.

Can anybody help me to make CD to DVD conversions for ESR i've looked around the web for methods in rebuilding ps2 images but none of them seem to work.

It's true than this game don't work with ESR. But there are other games converted from CD to DVD working ok. I converted Okage and it works perfectly.

i convert it Marvel vs Capcom 2 from cd to dvd make sure that when scan-lite say that you don't need to scan something you select NO because if you select
