Is this a bug?
When i do a fresh install of freemcboot 1.4b without a dvdelf, it won't run any ELF from uLE.
I use uLE 4.16 for BOOT.ELF and when i launch an APP its always black screen.
With freemcboot 1.4 it worked but i don't know if it is because i used a dvdelf.bin. I will try to install the old one .....
Is that a bug? Did you try it?

Ok here it is what i have found:
If you disable the autoboot option, it works, ule launchs elfs fine but you have to have a disc in the drive.
If you enable autoboot you cannot launch elfs from ule, it hangs up, i think it is because you can't have a disc in the drive, if you dont have a disc in the drive it wont launch elfs... i donw know why...
I still think 1.4 was better, the autoboot option haves many problems.

If you want to use uLE without any disc in the tray, make sure you have configured "Disc control: OFF" in the main configuration menu of uLE.

Thank you, it works now... sorry i didin't know that. Now everythings works fine.
But i still think that the autoboot option should come off by default, there are some things you cannot do if you have it on, for example launching PS1 games from uLE, you need to have a PS1 disc inside. I think most people will use autoboot to off by default.
