Wondering if anyone can help me, basically Im seriously wanting to make my own very basic chip for teh PS2 (lets say play imports or psx backups). I know it'll be hard and a long and twisted road but Im willing to go there :D
So if anyone can help me or advise me I would greatly appreciate it.
I hear you need knowledge of ASM, can anyone point me in the direction.
Please guys, Im really serious about this and would really appreciate it if you could help :)

Cheers

why don't u just go out and buy a magic2 or a messiah?
then you can play everything...
it's not worth the hassle man...

That isnt the principle, it's not a money issue, it's because I want to learn and make my own.
