i've a problem with DVD MOVIES !

hi
i have this problem with some of dvd movies .
when i insert some of dvd movies i'll get this message from my ps2 :
System Doesn't Match ...
sometimes i will get this message 10 or 20 past the movie ...
Where is the problem ? what should i do ?

You have an NTSC PS2 and are trying to play PAL movies. This does not work, even if you have a modchip with Region Free.
