YDL 5.0 Install Problem [Archive] - PSX/PS2/PS3 Scene Newz

i just lost my 5th dvd doing this. heres the message.

No appricable install data was found. (80040103)

i got it from http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/resources/downloads.shtml.

I downloaded the ISO off of a torrent and it works. The YDL you need for PS3 has to be for PPC (PowerPC), otherwise it won't work.

Try to download YDL 5.0 for PPC/PS3, fxp://mirror.mcs.anl.gov/pub/yellowdog/iso/yellowdog-5.0-phoenix-20061208-PS3.iso, that might work for you

Yes thats the exact iso needed. Also don't forget to install my repo file here (http://www.ps2-scene.org/forums/showthread.php?t=51558). Burn it with Nero as slow as possible. I burnt mine at x4 and installed no prob on Memorex +R and -R.
