(hi) that with the ps4 sony might as well start making pc consoles...linked oviousness and experience in the last 15 console yrs have me uncovering that as ps2 was a test bed for the hard drive, now ps3 has a operating system so we can only conclude that ps4 might as well be a full on pc but nexy gen pc with integrated gaming etc please can someone tell me this is quite possible

The PSX wasn't a PC, the PS2 wasn't a PC and the PS3 isn't a PC, I seriously doubt the PS4 (if it is ever made) will be a PC.
Just because it runs Linux doesn't make it a PC, the architecture is still far from your ordinary PC.

It's way too early to even think of a PS4, the PS3 is out, start worrying about that instead lol.

yes ok at the moment the architecture is different..that doesnt mean sony in the next few years can make compatible,in the next few years next gen gaming will have all computer things like braodband, high def etc its all leading to a pc but in like 2,3,4 years time when online gaming is essential its all leading in one direction.and soon when the homebrew kicks in with the lunix, windows os im sure good people will get the maxium out of the system.sony are making custom built chips from other manufacterers so if we take one piece of equipment and add it all up

1) By the time the PS4 rolls around PCs will be able to do a whole bunch of new things once again that the consoles can't.

2) It is against Sony's best interests to make the PS4 a "PC". The way things are now Sony has control over what software is run and who pays them to be able to make it. A PC implies the opposite.

Then:

Im guessing there will be a PSThree before a PS4

No, Cletus is talking about the PSX model of PS2 that was out a few years ago only in Japan. It had a HDD built in (either 40 or 200GB), and all this other luxurious stuff. I think it was around $400, but I could be wrong.
