gamespot.com says they have HD video if you're willing to pay for it which I'm not.

gamevideos.com has some pretty nice quality videos for free but I'm not sure I'd so as far as calling them 1080p.

Well, you can find some MGS4 stuff on Torrentspy, it's not ingame but inengine. Worth watching over and over again :). There's a FF13 video there as well, I'm not sure how much of the trailer is ingame or if any of it is but, it's looks kickass.
