Are there any tools that allows you to replace the music on a PS2 game?

Are there any tools that allows you to replace the music on a PS2 game? If someone knows any progs, please let me know.

Digging through the OLD stuff... this seems like a good idea for the HDD ISOs.... I wonder.... does the PS2 still use XA audio for most games... and would the old PS1 XA conversion tools work... then just placing the files and renaming them.... THUG with a custom soundtrack... SWEEEEET

Each game manufacturer uses their own methods, and none of them use PS1 methods for PS2 games. There are NO generic methods to change background music in PS2 games. (Or indeed ANY game features.)

Yes there is pro evolution soccer 4 can be hacked and u can change just about anything including the music the program tht lets u do it is called afs explorer easy to find and also smackdown vs raw can have updated entrance music im about to try fifa 2005 now im hoping u can change the music in that as well ive even made pro evoultion soccer 4 or winning 11 8 have fifa commentry how cool is that

there is no standard to the game developers... some use CDDA some use XA and others use different methods.... so if you go from game to game and find out what it uses you can change them game to game... there is no "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" guide or app for doing this....

Feel free to start hacking your games... I'm just glad to see that it is possible :)

did you manage to get anywhere with FIFA? i would love to get a patched version of it, i have got a patch for PES4 and it is awesome, its nice to have some decent music ;)

Nope fifa doesnt work its a dam shame i tryed using the ditty importer but its a diffrent file format i think same name extention though wierd .asf
