Yeah, I've done it, but I only know that those I did it for were happy, I have never had a green screen issue, personally. I supposedly works.
The force output mode fix, however, only works for the color mode. It does force the color output to either pal, or ntsc, it DOES NOT resolve the 50-60hz framerate difference, though, so that generally doent work.
