need to make an Apple switch for v5

I just installed a switch for my friends v4R 1c with the magic3 and i wanted to do one for my Apple chip. Can anybody help me make one? The magic3 switch was a 3-pole toggle switch and i had to cut the connection between the MLCR and +5v. What do i do for the Apple Chip? I have a 30001R v5 ps2 with the Apple Chip 30001R.

i had an XO-2 chip and i just wired the switch to the 3.3v and GND on the chip, and a 3.3v source. i did not cut any tracks. so far it seems to work as intended.
