i was thinking of buying that to use for my ps2. does anyone else on the forum use a corsair voyager with uLaunchELF?

i'm going to use it for mainly just transferring game saves over from the flash drive to the memory card via uLaunchELF.

thanks in advance :)

No reason why that stick should not work. It's an ordinary UMS (USB Mass Storage) Device and any such of reasonable speed works with the PS2 and uLE. The game saves you plan on transferring from the USB stick to the MC, well that's another matter... There are several different formats of game saves that can exist on media external to a PS2.

yeah, i'm using the ps2save program to extract the content in the .max saves into a folder. i think it would work fine if you added the folder into the memory card with the proper name that shows up in the ps2save program, at least that's how i think it should work.

memory card base...
BISLPM-66242system/BISLPM-66242system
BISLPM-66242system/output.ico
BISLPM-66242system/icon.sys

that is what i'm thinking it should look like, this is for a ddr str!ke game save.

The file-folder name must match the text window of ps2savebuilder, the file that designates the icon and what will be diplayed is "icon.sys", that'll fly.
btw, I have an old 20 gb hard disc, from some junked computer, with an ide to usb "mass storage" thingy, that I formatted for usbadvance, as an exparament, and it not only played the game, it doubles as a massive usb stick for ulaunch.elf, and is an awfully convenient vehicle for tranfering stuff.
the usb thingy was $20, and the hard disc came out of a garbage pile, a deal, I'd say. I'm sure glad I did'nt caugh up $50+ for a maybe 1 gb usb stick.
