installing UlanuchELF (n00b)

Hi i have problems installing the new UlaunchELF
I got dl the rar and it contains BOOT.ELF i renamed it and tried to run it with keylauncher (wich I boot with) then it says: Loading from memory card and freezes up

i use the old ulanchELF 4.38(i guess) and that one works fine

help me plsssss: p

keylauncher seems to have a problem launching Ulaunchelf. I too have not been able to get it to work.
I found it best to replace keylauncher with ulaunchelf. I dont even use it anymore, as all it does is launch elfs. Ulaunchelf does this too, plus much more.
Rename ulaunchelf back to BOOT.ELF, replace the keylauncher BOOT.ELF with it, remove keylaunchers support files when ulaunchelf loads.
If you are able to use the older version, use it to mange files.
