Myps2 and HDD FORMAT PRoblem

Dear i created a partition using HDD Format 1.1.
Partition is araund 100GB(no problem) .

Than from Myps2 i copied on a partition araoun 40 gb of video/music ecc...

If I launch HDD Format tool he said me :
Fs size:99620 MB (i do not remebmer exactly)
Fs free:1650 MB(This is the problem,i copyed only 40 GB and he said me i have only 1,6 gb of free space)

HDD size:114 GB
HDD free:14 GB

Someone can help me?
There is no way to manage partiption from Myps2?

I made a 60Gb partition with myPS2 and it reported a -58000mb one in DMMF48.

It may be a wiser idea to create seperate, smaller partitions called Music and Video and just mount these partitions in myPS2. That way, if your install screws up you can just delete the myPS2 partition and start again without losing anything of value.
