I installed the DMS4 SE lite in a V7 and it boots backups first try. This is the DMS chip I attempted to install 3 times on a V14 in another post and it never did work (RSOD). The V14 now has a Myth which also booted up just fine first try.
Anyhow, so the DMS chip is working on the V7, all media boot but I noticed that it takes twice as long fot the screen to show up (instead of 2 seconds, it?s 4?). Is this normal DMS behavior?
And then we were playing some PS1 games last night and the games were pausing randomly and other random buttons are triggering for no reason, thought it was a bad controller at first but same thing after swapping. Thought it might be the ports but we played a PS2 game and no problems.
