it's easy to make 2D icon.but you need MilkShape 3D+plug-in"Icon Importer/Exporter" to make 3D icon.

this is the one I made and use

if you want to use it or alter it, be my guest
just convert it to ps2 icon with bmp2icn when finished and use

BTW, anyone have problem with long naming (with space) with ps2builder ?
for example if I type "PS2Scene Rules" it will only show "PS2Scene" in ps2 browser. No problem with mciconsysgen though.
