How do I get Toxic onto a memory card?

Ok, I am hoping to install a DMS4 Lite into a v14...

one of the steps is to chip up another PS2 and use it to put Toxic 1.4 onto a memory card... HOW?!!
I chipped a v12 and had the Toxic disc and the memory card all eager to help me, but where is the "copy Toxic to memory card" option?

You can boot UlaunchELF from a disc in your V12 then copy the toxic bios 1.4 ELF to another CD-R and use ulaunchelf to copy the toxic bios elf to mc0:BOOT/BOOT.ELF then the memory card you installed toxic bios to and put it in the V14. When powering up the V14 hold triangle until you see the upgrader appear then press X when it prompts you to.

Or you can netwotk your PC and your V12 then boot execFTPs from a CD-R in your V12 then use flashFXP to ftp upload toxic bios to mc0:BOOT/BOOT.ELF on the memory card in the V12 then do what I previously described.

There are many other ways of doing this but those two might be the easiest for you. Good luck.

Here is a dev1 loader.
Burn image to disc and put it in your other than v14/15 console chipped with DMS, with a memory card in slot 1 and boot it. It will install automaticaly.
Then put the memory card into your v14 chipped with DMS and hold the triangle button while you boot the ps2.
Press x when prompted.
