CC1.0 Settings for Pal games?

Hey guys ...I cant figure how to set up the settings so I can play pal games on an NTSC system . ...it boots them but there black and white...My Matrix was so simple ..it was all just automatic ..
Can anyone help ?? Thanks... by the way Im running hacked 15 firmware..

You need to use firmware 17 or 18 to be able to do that correctly. The settings should be under PS2 game enhancements, under PAL software fixes it should read as:

Force Video Mode: NTSC
Force Color: NTSC
Screen Position Modifiers: On
Screen X Modifier: -20
Screen Y Modifier: -50
