Do i need to connect all of them on the chip board or just use 1 of each?

I connected all of them before and blew a fuse, so this time i just want to make sure i do it right...

Just connect 1 of the ground points and 1 power point. I don't think connecting all of them will blow the fuses. I think all of them lead to 1 main ground point.
