Crystal 1.0+PS2 V4 noGap, won't eject

my first unsuccessful install on crytal chip (i was on DMS wagon but too expensive) anyhoo, i check every solder points and porblem is the dvd/cd tray won't eject, when i turn on the blue light keep blinking, i check all the connection cable looks ok to me

4 paires set of jacked cable (red, yellow white and green are all in), reset ribbon in, 2 dvd drve ribbons and controller ribbons are all in..

my ps2 = V4 no GAP
