I was trying to do the knife trick with AR2, and it worked, i played my backed up copies. but now when i open the disk tray automatically it doesnt go open, i have to open it manually. Then when i close it, it just closes and makes this noise while the disk trap open button is flashing. Can anyone please help me

the disk tray probably popped off the track its on. gently move it back to the right place.

there is a little white pin in the disc drive. there is a track under the disc tray that the pin is supposed to travel with. sometime when using the swap trick you will accedently lift up on the tray and the pin will fall off track. you just have to gently position the track back on the pin.
i set it off track on my old ps2 a long time ago and it wouldnt open or close right untill i put it back on track

gently lift up on the tray and slide the pin underneath the track. if you cant seem to be able to do that then you might have to take apart your ps2 and i cant help with that part because i dont want to be responsable if you mess something up. if you get your problem solved then please post back.

well your more than likely going to have to take apart your ps2 and find out where that peice came from and try and glue it back where it belongs. that little white piece could have been that pin. if it isnt the pin then you may not have to take it apart. see if that little white piece is still there and if it is then put it back in the track.

Yeah and stop stabbing your PS2!
Use a damn mod chip. Why bust down the door when you can use the key?
