DMS4 EZI Pro question

i have hte chip installed one time it went ot regular ps2 screen never booted a original game, so i checked the BIOS chip connection and other wires , things seem fine but still wont boot. I went to check with the connection adapter tester and lights never came on. I am left with no options. can anyone help me ?

PS anywhere i cna get this Toxic OS0 at ?

sounds like the bigger clip damaged the dsp.. if you pull that off you will see bent legs everywhere
