Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a disc to load while using AR max. I enter the cheats and whatnot, go to load, then it's just a black screen.

I've seen to links to threads that have discussed this topic, but since the old CC forums are down, none of the links to those threads work.

I'm using BM 1.6 as well.

Thanks for the help :D

When running the ARMax from BM, make sure that it runs in "minimal" mode. That is the only way that I've gotten it to work correctly on BM1.6.

Is it the same with the CC2 chip?

Hi Guys,

Ok so you are saying that action replay original works on cc 2.0?
Does it allow backups to be inserted once codes are entered?

Cheers Shane

No not all of us what I am asking is I have cc2 on a slimline and backed up copy of Action replay will I be able to play my backed up games or not since minimal mode does not work any other way to use it?

The best way to use the Action Replay on the PS2 with the CC is to remove your memory card, let it boot up normally, then insert your memory card after the 'Sony Computer Entertainment' screen, just so it doesn't boot into BootManager. BM will not allow you to use the AR, unless in Minimal mode, which in that case it won't let you boot the copies.

Hi hankchill,

Ok when you say memory card do you mean the normal ps2 memory card?
So your saying if i dont enter the ps2 memory card when i turn the ps2 on it wont boot into the cc bm?
Does it boot normal?
Someone said codebreaker will work with cc but it needs to be a cracked version can you confirm this?

Cheers Shane
