still some reports that people get a problem on v13, but ur saying its safe to buy new ps2 (v13 and up) right now, without not worrying about burnouts or other shts...

can you or anyone gurantee me that if i buy a new ps2 (v14, or v13) and mod with a chip WITHOUT doing any fix done to it, I WONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS...?

Version 13 usually has the warranty sticker on the bottom of the console and doesn't have the modem jack on the back, just the network port.
Version 14 is SCPH-75001.
