Problem with new black PS2 and SubZero fix - no L2 point on board?

I've just got a new batch of black PS2s in, and opened up the first one to chip. No sign of the V13 fixes, so i'll use SubZero fixes.

Thing is, on the diagram there are 3 vias on the board, where L2 needs to be soldered. On my PS2, there are only two.

The missing via is the one I need to solder to :(

Can anyone suggest an alternative point please?

then you need no fix.

you can see that circuit on the other side. and all v13+ have something leading off the vias where u measure coil resistance (pic)

Cool, thanks. I just checked the other side of the board and the fix components are there :)
