Weird A$$ problem..NEED HELP!

ok guys.. i modded out one of my slims last night..i installed a fix i have that has a subzero and diode together on one chip.. i wasn't sure on the install pics for the subzero part so i went ahead and installed the diode part and then i boot it up flash the chip and bam.. shes working great.. the next night i talked to my supplier of the fixes and ask him for the install dias. of the subzero part.. he shows me and i do it and bam.. Nothing works.. the power/reset button no longer works and when swapped with another power board it will turn on and go red but only about 1 in 10-20 times i will get to the browser and when that happens it wont boot anything!!

Does anyone have any ideas?
Crystal v1.0 installed into a slimline v12 ps2!!

Diode and subzero on same PCB?? Ive never heard about this fix. Can you show us a picture of it? or are you confusing this fix with another one?

it is a matrix chip which is both a diode fix as well as a mechron crash fix.. i just used thoes names so you wud get the point! The wiring for the chip is good as it worked fine b4 i attempted the subzero part of the fix..
any ideas?
