Laser not moving at all! Worked for 3 months

Hi!

Ive modded a customer machine.
I got it back coz the laser stopped moving. I replaced the laser, not moving at all. It blink red once but no movement.

I try replace subzero fix (this is a v12 machine) no luck.
I removed subzero fix and put wire from cutted track to other point, still NO MOVEMENT!!

ANY IDEAS PLEASE BEFORE I RUN TO STORE AND BUY HIM NEW PS2 ?
Its nothing wrong with install i guess. It worked for a little while when i got it, but the laser just stopped to move. No it dont move at all, not even the replacement.

i gues you have checked the fuses you could have damaged the tracking or focus resistors if you soldered the other parts of the subzero fix .

Thanks worked. Now it spins but dont read. I bet my left ball that i damage the SMD resistors.. What value should i replace them with again??

replace both with either 30k / 33k / 68k /100k / 130k and apply fix accordingly

Thaks. I replaced the SMD resistors now, and now it boots originals again, but just spin of backups without booting them. If i apply fix it wont even boot originals.
I replaced with 68k.

If i turn chip off it boots originals. Might be modchip issue. Maybe ill just remove the chip and refund.
