Usb Hdd/UsbAdvance/usbExtreme [Archive]

hey.

i got v13 of ps2 the slim one second version.

i got a 60 gig hdd
i got usbadvance
i got usbextrem
i got game.

i can play some games on my hdd, no problem this way. My question is.

i can only play 1/4 of the game i load others dont work or freeze.

is their any way without buying any other thing to be able to play more game?
is their any way to speed up the speed of loading time...

i mean some time its long to load and if i play 2 player it lag.

i know than usb isnt as fast as ide but some ppl tell me than hdloader is faster than usbadvance.

is their any other version of usb advance?
or annother free way to play it on hdd

USB is slower than than IDE HDs. I guess you are noticing the lag there. It seems like game compatibility with USBAdvance/Extreme is not as good a HDLoader. If you really want more game compatibility and faster load time, your only real option is to get the HD-Connect kit and use an IDE HD along with HDLoader. Now if you get your hands on a fat PS2, then you don't need the HD-Connect kit.

i use usbadvamce and my hd is in a usb rack for my pc if it was the question. and it work.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but my ps2 onlu give me black screen. I can hear the disc spinning, but nothing show up, even after waiting for 15 min. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

whats you setup? witch ps2 do you got and how are you booting usbadvance? got any chip?

i have the same problem.. I have a Matrix Infinity Modchip in it and V12 slim using a burned usb advance.

I got matrix infinity, got the same problem, what's goging on?
