h2o v4 NOGAP diagram

Anyone seen an h2o install diagram for the v4 no gap board? I've figured it out mostly, just the W point confusing me. Tried one spot but PS2 still won't play backups. BTW, sorry for the newb questions, X-Box man just starting in PS2, do I have to patch ISO's for the modded PS2 to read them? Am I missing something?

Oh yeah, and for God's sake what do you do for those pin points that the solder just doesn't want to stick to, what temp is everyone's iron set to?

i do not have a nogap board :(
so in the diag i just mirrored the gap one.

W - its always 2 pins after R

So it's the third pin down on the chip from R? ie,
