I try to start the GAME, it spins and sends me back to Load screen (Gold Disc).
(I remeber that i had a similuar problem whit anothe ps2 and laser..
Just installed the mod chip and it did load... )
But i want to know how to fix this ERROR...
Will try to chip it tomorro..

Installing another chip wont fix the problem so i wouldnt do that. Did you try adjusting the white cog and the azimuth ? Is the khs-400c laser the original laser ( maybe it had a open faced laser in it ). Possible you have a tiny solder ball shorting 2 pins on the big dsp chip. That can cause disc read errors. Try taking a air compresser and blowing the board, that could free up a solder ball. Do you have access to a magnifying glass ? Check over the dsp pins.

Most originals DVD games and Movies has been tested.
And DVD-R media is Yuden and TDK, some Ritek And INFODISC has been tested..
I think this laser is allso some kind of funky..
took it from a working ps2 (Not new laser, only 6 month old ps2.)
