flashing

i keep on trying to flash but for some reason it will show the red screen
if i put a original game in it will go back to the browser screen

A bit more info would be nice.

Assuming that the CC did work before:
I) The Crystal chip Upgrade cd has to be the "hacked" version.
II) The cd has to be burnt with Nero or Cdrwin, select burn image to disk. Do not burn the bin and cue files directly to cd.

It could also be a bad install or chip.

my ps2 is v13 , burning on cd-r , is it better to burn slower or faster ?
