V5 400C laser help

New problem!!

Changed the laser.. does the spinup, but it dont boot dvd..
It trys to read the dvds too far from the inside of the disc.
(where there is no data written..)

ANY CLUES ?
Can this be Chip fault ? (i think point G and F are not OK, soldering is ok, but miss wired.)

Got this to fix for a friend.

I installed Final ice Chip on it, worked 100% for lite 2 weeks, then i begun whit read problems.. and now only boots cd , and some DVD orignials.

Pot 1 Value 1189
Pot 2 Value 1060

Attached imaged, dont know what pot is CD or DVD

Fuses are OK, nothing burnt on the mobo..
strange, just strange..

Lower pot one to 1100 or 1050 to see if that works. Go to 1000 if you have to. Use a micro flat head screw driver and turn it only A LITTLE BIT.

Is your install clean? It could also be a bad chip.

Can say it is a clean install and chip is good.
