when you check on top of fuse ps14 you notice that it is good it has to do with the soldercap not making a good connection with the fuse wire inside
had mod a couple of v12 with a 202 as ps14 fuse and three times the cap came lose
soldered a wire from a via and solder it on the fuse wire that was underneath the soldercap
and they work fawless
and checked it and the fuse still blow after this fix
but prefer the alternative 5v to 3.3 votl mod on a infinity
