V12 fan dead? Help!

I have a pstwo v12 with a dms4 pro and hd connect...I had heating issues so I read some forums and found that it's common with dms4(I've had a dms4 lite but switched to pro, both heating probs), but I don't think that is my problem here, cause I think my fan is messed up!
When I press reset, I can hear it starts to spin, but after like 5 seconds it stops and doesn't start again until I press reset...
What can I do about this? Will it work if I buy a new fan?
Or, is this normal? Thanks for any answers :)

Any ideas? I know it should be heat-controlled or something like that but it never starts...is there a way to make it "normal" so that it blows air all the time?

sometimes it doesn't come on. It's prety much random. ussualy it'll start up once it's needed. if u want it constant hook it up to a constant voltage

I know im a bit stupid so dont flame me lol, but where is that? constant voltage?
