View Full Version : Codebreaker v7.0+ Boot Up
It has been confirmed that Codebreaker v7.0 or higher does NOT boot up with DMS chips.
I have tested All Version over v7.0 and they didnt boot
Consoles
v1 with DMS v2
V1 with DMS3
v7 with DMS3
v10 with DMS4 Pro waiting for Conformation

I've succesfully booted up CB9.0 with DMS4 Pro using ToxicOS 0.3. It even boots from the hdd.

dms4pro boots 7.0 to 9.0 even if you rip the elfs and place them on HDD or MC use the search button next time

yes, it's works:p my dms3 w/flash 2_4 beta7 works with codebreaker v9.1:D i can even use it with cb cheats codes:wow: i just let cb v9.1 boots up, select a cheat, then tray eject, put in a backup game, manually close the tray using the open/close button, wait bout few seconds, then press x to start game:rant:

dms and codebreaker have had a long history ;) a fix was introduced in DMS3 2.4 beta 0, then removed in .4b5, then added again in 2.4b7

codebreaker 7-9 would NOT work on my former DMS$ pro.
7-9 are working on my matrix infinity.
Although I heard that CB's are supossed to work on DMS, I don't know what the discrepancy with mine was.
I suspect it was just a crappy chip.

perhaps you didnt have the latest firmware?
